In November 2025, Gravity introduced a new location in the Waterfront Towers of Eau Claire, enhancing the city's café scene. This expansion reflects their ongoing commitment to providing inviting spaces for community engagement.

 

Gravity's coffee offerings are roasted in small batches, with beans uniquely named after artists, songs, or lyrics, adding a playful touch to the experience. Each 340g bag includes a link to a Spotify playlist featuring songs from artists who have performed at Gravity over the past 13 years, creating a harmonious blend of taste and sound.

 

Customers can make single purchases or opt for subscriptions, receiving orders every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days, ensuring a steady supply of their favorite blends.

 

In addition to their own blends, Gravity has incorporated Five'21 Roasters into their family, offering staple coffees such as Blue Bird, Open Road, Last Mile, and Brazil. This collaboration enriches their selection, catering to a wide range of palates.

 

Gravity's commitment to community extends beyond coffee and music. They regularly host events like book swaps and live performances, fostering connections among Calgary residents. For instance, in December 2025, they featured a live performance by Melody McArthur at their Inglewood location, highlighting their dedication to supporting local talent.
